Please note: We require approximately 1.5 hours prior to your event for setup and to start the machine to ensure your slushies are perfectly frozen and ready to serve on time.
⚠️ Booking Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations
The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, the full balance may be required due to product preparation, staffing, and scheduling.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule one time at no additional fee if the new date is available.
Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.
Deposits transfer to the new date but remain non-refundable.
Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)
Client must provide a covered or shaded area for the machine and server.
In the case of extreme weather (heavy rain, storms, unsafe conditions), service may be paused or adjusted for safety.
⚾ Kids Party Safety
We love being part of kids’ celebrations! To keep everyone safe:
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the slushie or drink station.
Only Yoyo Brothers staff should touch or operate the machine and equipment.
Some toppings (like gummies and hard candy) may be a choking hazard for younger children—please use discretion when choosing toppings.
For outdoor events, the machine must be placed in a shaded, stable area away from running or active play zones.
Yoyo Brothers prioritizes safety and professionalism at every event. By booking our services, the client agrees to the following:
Equipment Liability
Yoyo Brothers is not responsible for malfunctioning machines, electrical issues, improper setups, or damaged equipment when the equipment is owned or provided by the client.
Yoyo Brothers is not liable for delays or interruptions in service caused by power outages, inadequate outlets, faulty wiring, or insufficient electrical capacity at the event location.
Service Liability
Our team operates with care; however, Yoyo Brothers is not liable for:
Spills or messes caused by guests
Accidents or injuries unrelated to our direct service
Allergic reactions to toppings or ingredients provided by the client
Client Responsibility
Client must ensure a safe, stable, and clean setup area, free of hazards.
Client must supervise all minors at all times during service.
By booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms
