Server Responsibilities

By booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms

Client is responsible for providing a fully functioning slushie machine or beverage equipment.

  • Equipment must be clean, operational, and ready for use at the time of server arrival.

  • If equipment is not working properly, Yoyo Brothers is not responsible for machine failures, freezing issues, or delays in service.

  • The server is not responsible for repairing equipment, refilling malfunctioning machines, or supplying missing items

Supplies & Toppings

  • Client must provide all cups, napkins, straws, toppings, syrups, and any additional supplies needed for service.

  • The server will organize and serve using the supplies provided by the client.

Setup Requirements

  • Server requires access to the event location at least 15–30 minutes before service to arrange the station and review equipment.

  • Client must ensure the machine is plugged in, secured, and powered prior to service start time.

Service Time

  • Package includes 2 hours of professional service.

  • Additional hours may be added for $70 per hour, billed in full-hour increments.

Liability Disclaimer

Yoyo Brothers prioritizes safety and professionalism at every event. By booking our services, the client agrees to the following:

  • Yoyo Brothers is not liable for spills, leaks, electrical issues, or machine damage caused by client-provided equipment.

  • Yoyo Brothers is not responsible for injuries caused by faulty equipment or incorrect setup outside of our control.

  • Yoyo Brothers is not liable for delays or interruptions in service caused by power outages, inadequate outlets, faulty wiring, or insufficient electrical capacity at the event location.

Service Liability

  • Our team operates with care; however, Yoyo Brothers is not liable for:

    • Spills or messes caused by guests

    • Accidents or injuries unrelated to our direct service

    • Allergic reactions to toppings or ingredients provided by the client

Payment & Deposit

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date.

  • Remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reschedule & Cancellation

  • Deposits remain non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if requested at least 7 days prior and if availability permits.

  • If client cancels within 48 hours of the event, the full balance may be required due to staffing and scheduling commitments.

Client Responsibility

  • Client must ensure a safe, stable, and clean setup area, free of hazards.

  • Client must supervise all minors at all times during service.
